• Ed Pierce (Chairman and Co-founder, The Lion’s Den DFW): Leading us in prayer, setting aside ourselves and putting the Lord as our guiding post to usher in His kingdom.

7:50 AM – 8:30 AM: Groundbreaking Pitches & Investor Insights 

• Witness two innovative companies presenting their visions for Kingdom impact:

    ◦ “Roots of Righteousness: Edu-Tech for the Next Generation” 

        ▪ Inspired by the mission of Green Bean Studios, this company develops interactive digital learning platforms or engaging educational apps for children (K-5). Moving beyond traditional entertainment and physical products, their focus is on instilling character development, faith-based narratives, and ethical decision-making through technology. This venture aims to support children’s mental health and wellbeing, combat anxiety, and increase reading engagement, intentionally integrating Judeo-Christian values to ensure a profound “kingdom impact” on child development. 

        ▪ Format: 5-minute pre-recorded pitch video followed by 15 minutes of live investor feedback. 

    ◦ “Uniting Hearts: AI-Powered Platforms for Global Impact” 

        ▪ Drawing from the innovative spirit of MyStream, this technology company harnesses Artificial Intelligence and advanced digital tools to foster community, facilitate connections for social good, and enhance ministry outreach. Addressing the modern challenge of fragmented digital experiences and concerns about media’s negative impact, this platform offers powerful solutions for curating and filtering content based on Judeo-Christian values. It’s designed not just to simplify digital engagement but to build trusted communities and provide a “tremendous tool” for making disciples. 

        ▪ Format: 5-minute pre-recorded pitch video followed by 15 minutes of live investor feedback. 

8:30 AM – 8:55 AM: Guest Speaker Presentation 

• “From Pixels to Purpose: Digital Innovation for Enduring Kingdom Impact”

    ◦ This timely presentation, inspired by the profound insights of Scott C. Smith, will explore how kingdom-minded entrepreneurs and investors can strategically leverage the digital age’s platforms, AI, and creative content to transcend mere entertainment. Scott, with his 20 years of Hollywood experience in animation and visual effects on films like Star Wars and Pirates of the Caribbean, has transitioned to fully serving God and the Gospel. He will guide us through how to cultivate true Kingdom impact, fostering community, facilitating discipleship, and driving social good, while engaging with the wider world and avoiding an “us versus them” mentality. This is an opportunity to learn how to bring light into the digital darkness through ethical and impactful innovation.
