The studio’s flagship motion picture, Vicarion, is a romantic, mysterious, and at times scary date movie that follows a young graduate student (played by Disney star Ronnie Hawk) acting as a virtual traveler using special camera glasses for a wealthy shut-in (portrayed by sci-fi legend Doug Jones). Having already shot 70% of the film across beautiful locations in Venice, Tuscany, and the Amalfi Coast, the team has carefully spent nearly two-thirds of its modest $600,000 budget and has secured a letter of intent from SDG Releasing for theatrical distribution. Targeting three highly profitable and underserved demographics—fans of horror, romance, and faith-based media—Imagination Bay is raising the final $200,000 to complete the project, offering investors first money back with a 120% recoupment, a producer credit, and a 50/50 lifetime revenue split for 20 years . This initial film will serve to launch the broader family entertainment company, which possesses a diverse development pipeline of over five dozen fully scripted projects spanning live-action, animation, and gaming.

Scott Blanding is a business development and partnerships executive with experience spanning entertainment, technology, and brand innovation. At Imagination Bay, he works on developing strategic partnerships and growth initiatives, helping connect creative content with commercial opportunities. A graduate of Temple University, Scott has built his career at the intersection of storytelling, business strategy, and relationship management. He is recognized for fostering collaborations that drive audience engagement, expand market reach, and create long-term value for partners and brands.
About Knox Marshall
Writer, Director & Producer
Noah Knox Marshall is an award-winning writer, director, and producer whose passion for storytelling began in childhood through filmmaking, animation, theater, and writing. After graduating from the USC Graduate School of Cinema/Television, he directed his first feature film, All Over Again (later released as Against Time), which won the Best Drama award at the 2001 Santa Clarita International Film Festival.
Marshall has developed film, television, animation, and video game projects across multiple genres, including family entertainment titles such as Fireflyz, Cat Tale, and The Noble Key. As co-founder of Imagination Bay Entertainment, he continues to create original stories and develop projects for film and television alongside Scott Blanding.
